It was a very very cold trip down to Wakefield Park this weekend for round 3 of Stadium Drift Australia. No rain but some wind that cut through you like a knife.
Nick had a great start to the week end with all his qualifying runs on Saturday and was Top Qualifier for the event. He had some big score points against all his battles and picked up an extra point for the Top Qualifier of the event.
With the battles of the B Main, we saw Danny Kennearlly come out on top which of course meant DriftKid had to battle Danny straight up in the top 8. With little or no advantage between them for the first battle, the second one, the DriftKid made a slight error at the end of the battle which made him lose a few points to Danny.
With the new control arms from Fulcrum added to the VE assembly, it's now only a little more power from Hi-Torque Performance and a little less weight, which means the DriftKid will lose his Dubstep music and heat / cold from the air con to get max power.
Next Step - Roll Cage..
