Last night, Team manager Martin and the DriftKid were replacing the skylines motor to get it back on track for a new R32 Driver to Join the Team JNC crew. With the RB25 being lowered into the engine bay, DriftKid had his thumb crushed between the turbo and the falling engine and has a nasty injury. So for Stanthorpe, he will be nursing an injured thumb on his gear/handbrake hand. On the bright side on Stanthorpe, we have our Team Chef (Sid - DriftKid's Grandad) coming with us with his well known BBQ and we have had quite a few of the DriftKid's competitors ask us if he will be back this year for a cook up.. So the answer is Yes... DriftKid's Grandad is coming to Stanthorpe...
