Round 3 of the Just Car Insurance Australian Drifting Grand Prix returns to Mallala Motorsport Park. The TWILIGHT THROW DOWN is set to be a cracker!
We kicked off last season in South Australia. Rob Whyte was driving his back up car for this event, but still managed to qualify in 1st place. He was knocked out in the Top-8 by an in-form Nick Coulson, who then had to retire in the Top-4 with a broken diff. Josh Boettcher was then handed the win in the battle for third place. Michael
Prosenik continued his top form for 2013 by making it to the finals. Andreas Paraskevas was very hit or miss in 2012, but came out swinging in Round 1, with some of the most aggressive driving the judges have ever seen to take the win.
This year is very different, coming into Round 3 Nick "Driftkid" Coulson is in the lead of the championship but Beau "The Show" Yates is hot on his heals in a very dialled Toyota 86. With the main tyre smoke action under twilight, will that be a window for a new campaigner to come out swinging? Be there to find out you won’t be disappointed!
